Veteran New Orleans rockers The Radiators will host their first Jamaican Fan Jam at the all-inclusive Breezes Grand Negril Hotel & Spa from January 20-23, 2010. Singer-songwriter Jackie Greene will be the Rads’ special guest and will be performing both solo and with The Radiators.

The tunes and talent pour out of Honey Island Swamp Band and their unique funky bayou sound is certain to get revelers grooving. Founding members Chris Mulé and Aaron Wilkinson spent much of the past decade as award-winning musicians and songwriters, most notably as members of the Eric Lindell band. Chris and Aaron have earned stellar reviews and accolades and were featured in a live performance on “Late Night with Conan O’Brien”.
In their new incarnation, the Honey Island Swamp Band fuses blues, rock, jazz, funk and swamp. The band’s wide range of influences is present in their tunes and covers the entire landscape of southern roots music.
Their recent release, Wishing Well, was awarded Best of the Beat's 2009 Best Blues Album by music bible, Offbeat Magazine. Produced by Better than Ezra bassist Tom Drummond, the album features many acclaimed guests, including sousaphonist Kirk Joseph of the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, and Mark Mullins and Craig Klein of Bonerama, amongst others. The band was also honored as Offbeat Magazine’s Best Emerging Artist of 2009.

Musicians On Call, a nonprofit organization formed in 1999, brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. Musicians On Call uses music to promote and complement the healing process for patients, families and caregivers.
Musicians On Call was originally founded by Michael Solomon and Vivek Tiwary in the course of their volunteer work with The Kristen Ann Carr Fund at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
